Starting in march, NWCF at Interbay will be offering a class specifically focused on Kettlebells!
The Kettlebell Class will be held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings during the 7am class time at our Interbay location! On these days, Kettlebell master and coach Edward Newman will lead athletes through focused work with the Kettlebell.

Over the course of your CrossFit career, you will likely perform numerous Tabata workouts with multiple movements, experiencing varying degrees of success. The bodyweight trio: Push-ups, hollow rocks and burpees. These three might be the perfect movements for Tabata. Simple to execute and only requiring an athlete’s bodyweight, you can really smash out a high number of reps for each round.

At first glance, CrossFit’s “Angie” looks like a cruel punishment with its triple digit rep scheme. Angie is composed of four exercises: pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups and squats. And there are 100 repetitions of each. As far as movements are concerned, Angie is very simple and is comprised entirely of common calisthenics. The rep scheme is rather tough and reinforces the majesty of the pull-up.
